Service & Technology Disclaimer

• Trenchless Pipe Repair: While our "No Dig" solutions avoid the mess, they require a host pipe structurally sound enough to receive a liner. If a pipe is completely missing sections, directional boring or traditional replacement may be required.
• Septic Lift Stations & Effluent Pumps: These mechanical systems require regular maintenance. We are not liable for overflows caused by power outages or utility-side failures.
• Slab Leak Repair: Under-slab tunneling is a specialized process; we strive for minimal disruption, but the property owner is responsible for restoration of interior finishes unless otherwise specified in the contract.
• Odor Detection: We use advanced techniques to eliminate sewer odors; however, odors caused by architectural venting defects or municipal main lines are outside the scope of our repair liability.
