Straight Shooter Plumbing and Rooter LLC is growing fast, and we’re looking for a friendly, organized, and motivated Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team as the first point of contact for our customers.

What You’ll Do:

  • Answer incoming calls and respond to online inquiries with professionalism and empathy

  • Schedule plumbing service appointments accurately and efficiently

  • Dispatch technicians and coordinate daily schedules

  • Keep customers informed of service updates, arrival times, and follow-ups

  • Maintain organized records using scheduling software and internal systems

  • Support technicians and management to ensure jobs run smoothly

  • Create a great first impression and ensure every customer feels valued

What We’re Looking For:

  • 1+ year of customer service experience (home service industry a plus)

  • Clear communication and excellent multitasking skills

  • Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to stay calm under pressure

  • Comfortable using technology—experience with CRM or scheduling software is a bonus

  • Friendly attitude with a willingness to go the extra mile for customers

  • Team player who takes pride in getting the job done right
